A little late in the week, but a promise is a promise.

This week's song lyrics come from the beginning of my acoustic guitar songwriting journey; I believe it's the third song that I wrote on guitar. It embodies the youthful perspective that leaves us all too soon, and has the imprints of some of my favorite childhood memories.
