Happy Fall, friends.
Work and family have been holding my focus recently, and I've been
neglecting my music. Thus, an update for you to get me back on
track :)
I just received six rough instrumental tracks for my upcoming EP,
The Lights Will Fall and I'm very excited about how things
are sounding. The piano and violin addition to Centered brings me
to tears, and the thunder in Your Anecdote lifts the song to
monumental heights! There is a maturity to these songs that we're
only beginning to surface, and I can't wait until we have a
polished product to share with everyone.
Vocal tracks are scheduled to be recorded on October 6th.
Let's hope I'm over this cold by then.
No shows on the horizon, especially since I've been ill for almost
two weeks, but once I find a release date in sight for this EP, I
will definitely put together a CD release show. Anyone in
particular you'd like to see at that show? I'd love your
input!
